Susie Miller
founded The FRESH Network, an international help and support organisation based in the UK tha co-ordinates information about intuitive raw food diets. For many years she studied human behaviour and psychology, particularly in relation to self-empowerment, and has taught courses in relakation, meditation and intuitive eating. Currently involved in exploring childhood circumstances which influence behavioural, emotional and physical health in the emerging adult, Susie now works closely with other families to encourage holistic, self-directed well-being for children and their carers. She lives in rural Devon with her three children.
Karen Knowler
worked in the fields of natural health and spiritual development before taking over from Susie Miller as the co-ordinator of The FRESH Network in 1998. Through her writing, speaking and work with the media, Karen teaches others how to discover and explore their own vibrant health potential.
